Warranty repairs:
I you have a problem with the TV you bought from us, please contact us on 01332 411551, and we will take you through the steps necessary to get you back up and running. If things cannot be rectified by messages and/or telephone, it may need an engineer to visit you. On some occasions it may require you to bring back your Tv to our workshops for repair. Please book a repair by initially sending us a message with the date of purchase, make, model and also its serial number if available.
None Warranty Repairs:
If you have a TV that requires fixing, please contact us via our book a repair process for an initial messages and/or telephone conversation to try and establish the fault. It may require diagnosis, which may entail you bringing the TV to our workshop for an initial diagnosis. Upon initial enquiry, please provide the make and model number, as well as a short description of the fault you are getting.
