3 YEARS WARRANTY INFORMATION—1 year to include all parts and labour, not including smashed screens or
accidental damage. 2 Years thereafter labour only.  All faults will be attempted by way of repair following initial diagnosis. An exchange may be affected if a repair is not satisfactory, and can be discretionary. Initial diagnosis, and/or repair may entail you returning the item accordingly.  Toots TV’s may also, at their discretion extend a warranty where it feels the circumstances suffice.  If a warranty expires then Toots TVs will charge parts only service with free labour from thereon.

At initial diagnosis, if it is found that the item under warranty has been compromised by way of warranty seals broken or the item is not in its original format, the TV has been entered, attempted to be fixed, or compromised in any other way then Toots TV’s reserves the right to make the warranty void.  Similarly, if it is found at diagnosis stage that the item under warranty has been subject to accidental damage then this will also be deemed as a warranty void.

 

Items subject to warranty repairs may be carried out on site, but it may also be deemed necessary to request the customer to bring the item into our workshops to be repaired.
